We organize multimedia events with guest speakers, hybrid conferences, online events on dedicated platforms and also nationwide congresses. For larger projects, we cooperate with trust-worthy subcontractors.
Esport
We have been organizing esports events for over 7 years. We are able to prepare local tournaments as well as entire leagues lasting several months. Our esports projects include:

Our AR studio in Katowice is based on augmented reality technology. It includes 3D graphics engine Unreal Engine and camera tracking system (including FreeD protocol). Thanks to those solutions we can create any required space. In addition, we have standard studio equipment – green screen, sound production, lighting and cameras.

Our projects

ODI 2020 & ODI 2021
ODI - The National Information Day (ODI) is an annual event organized by the Foundation for the Development of the Education System. The purpose of the event is to promote the Erasmus+ program and other educational programs and initiatives. Two years in a row we worked as an executive for this project.
ODI 2021
During this edition of the ODI, as KGH.ec we were responsible for providing a recording studio, live production of the event, as well as recording and editing the footage accompanying the event. The entire event was held in an online format while maintaining the COVID19 sanitary regime.
ODI 2022 - A year later, we were responsible for comprehensive support of the event, which was held in the online format. In addition to the main live production, we prepared nine stands at which selected experts answered questions from conference participants. The entire event was streamed on a dedicated platform that allowed a smooth transition between one of the nine thematic pools. For the purposes of the event, we prepared graphic identification and were responsible for recording and editing extras.

University Esports EDU - esports league for students
University Esports EDU - is a nationwide academic esports competition. Student teams compete for the title of national League of Legends and Counter-Strike champions.
On behalf of the Esports Association, we have been organizing the complete league competition since the year 2018. We are responsible for the administration of the tournament, the conduct of the games and the provision of technical facilities, necessary for streaming. We organize the finals of the competition offline with the participation of players and invited guests. In addition, for the past two years, we have published weekly streams summarizing the group stage rounds thanks to our virtual studio technology.

Erasmus+ | expert studios and esports competition
We have been executing esports events on behalf of the Foundation for the Development of Education for more than two years.
In recent years we have been responsible for the overall implementation of the following events:
- I International Online Chess Tournament of the 35th anniversary of the Erasmus+ Program
- Erasmus Days - Online Chess Tournament
- League of Legends Tournament, part of the European Youth Week.

EFP 2021 - NDE Cup & Startup Insilesia Competition
The European Future Forum is an event organized by the Silesian Development Fund - it is one of the largest congresses of its kind in Poland. The first edition of the event was held in 2021 at the Silesian Stadium in Chorzow. KGH.ec was involved in the organization of the NDE Cup Tournament and technical support of the Startup days competition - minor events during EFP.
Tournament for the National Esport Team Cup - qualifiers for V4
The National Esport Team is a project initiated in 2019 by Polish President Andrzej Duda. The team called-up by the President is one of the first official national esport teams in Europe. KGH.ec was responsible for the overall implementation of the tournament, including: administration, visual identity, hosting the games and multi-camera live realization of the event.
Startup Insilesia SFR Award competition
Organized as part of EFP, the competition for companies from all over the world. As KGH.ec we were responsible for the technical support of the competition, providing multi-camera realization and stage and sound settings.

NDE - national eliminations
The National Esport Team is a project initiated in 2019 by Polish President Andrzej Duda. The national team called-up by the President is one of the first official national esport teams in Europe. On behalf of the Esports Association, we conducted the national qualifiers for the NDE, being responsible for the administrative and technical side of the event. The announcement of the elimination results took place in our studio - in Virtual Production technology.

OKSE - executive of the previous editions
OKSE - National Congress of Electronic Sports is an event organized by the Esports Association that covers esports and related industries. As KGH.ec we were the general executive of the last two editions of OKSE, being responsible for the production of the event, promotion, visual identification and video realization.

Skills Poland 2022
WorldSkills Poland is an initiative that encourages young people to improve their professional skills through the prestigious international WorldSkills and EuroSkills competitions. 31 countries from Europe and 85 countries from all around the world take part in the competition. As KGH.EC, we were responsible for providing activities on the main stage of the event - esports competition. Our tasks also included the design and creation of two unique zones - Cyber and Retro, where event attendees could see how gaming looked in the 90’, as well as what the games of the future will be.
The final task was to create the Euro Skills 2023 booth, announcing the European edition of the event.

TEB School Esport League
TEB School Esport League - is an esports competition, dedicated to students of TEB schools. Throughout the school year, teams compete for the title of League of Legends and Counter-Strike champions titles. KGH.ec, on behalf of our client TEB Education, is responsible for the comprehensive production of the league - from administration and registration to the execution of the offline finals.
